“Last Spring, I had to undergo radiation treatment at Princess Margaret Hospital Monday-Friday for five weeks.  Each day the appointment time was different but Sue was flexible and always managed to get us to the appointment on time.   When the treatment was finished we would text her and Aunt Sue is Here for You would drive up to the door and pick us up.  She always came with a smile, lighthearted chit chat and made everything seem seamless.
